Phenomenal experience. Staff was so eager to make our stay perfect and very friendly and welcoming. Ambiance is very intriguing. Breakfast was excellent and cocktails even better. Room is large and very clean and quiet.

Great service even though it's larger building they seem to have enough staff to cover it. And we were there on a Sunday. I especially love that they give you Korress toiletries! Gorgeous view of some church and the city. The breakfast in the morning is nice too, however the staff isn't super attentive during breakfast. The staff helped me get a last minute taxi to the airport, for which I was super grateful! MAKE A POINT TO go up to the roof and see the acropolis lit up at night - the New has a stunning view of it. All in all it was a great stay.

Based on a recommendation, we stayed here and we are very glad we did. It is in a great area right near Plaka which is a safe pedestrian tourist area full of good restaurants and shops. It is also near Syntagma Square near the Parliament Building to see the Changing of the Guards and the start of the Hop-On-Hop Off bus tour. The halls are dimly lit and the rooms are small but adequate and beautifully designed. There is a lobby restaurant for breakfast with a limited buffet and menu. Breakfast was included. If it wasn't we would gone elsewhere. We didn't eat at New Arts Lounge roof top restaurant as it was pricey compared to the numerous restaurants in the Plaka area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, we highly recommend the New Hotel!

A well positioned hotel, with unique design and atmosphere. Upscale interior paying homage to the hotels historical past and respect to the vision and use of the inherited materials by the South American artists in the look and feel of the hotel. Great service, friendly and efficient, a wonderful stay for any discerning traveller in Athens. Each room with its own personality and unique art instalation, and a signature penthouse suit that has a view that must be seen to truly appreciate.
