Stayed here for 2 nights. Came as a tourist with my wife. A very modern luxury hotel. Room was classy, modern and with a great view. Toilets were automatic and electronic. Lighting in the room is excellent and air conditioning is strong. What I particularly liked is the staff. We arrived 2 hrs before the check in time and was given a room right away. No questions asked. As it was available. View from my room on the top floor made it worth every penny I spent. Hotel breakfast was a little underwhelming but still value for money at €10 if you are short of time. The hotel is right next to St Mames station from where you can take the tram to all tourist destination. Will stay here again if I am back to Bilbao.

The location is very handy if you aren't familiar with the town. Built on the top of the coach terminal and the underground, the tram is round the corner. The Hotel is however, a mixed bag. The Hotel is new. The room was great and well appointed. Staff is friendly. But, the breakfast was disappointing. Selecting of cold cuts was basic and not very appetising. Pastry were very sugary. But for me the main negative, was the absence of a bar, the second floor is huge and a good decor but no bar, you can order some wine from 7 pm and sit in a dedicated space in one end but there is no atmosphere . Didn't feel invited to stay. Food can be prepared if ordered but I m suspicious when i see a cook and waiters sat and discussing together at the other end of the room. Call me old school.

Great hotel with great people! I left a special request to be provided with a quiet room on a high floor, and this request was taken into account. Thank you, Roberto, for the warm welcome and support. The hotel is quiet, conveniently located, but I advise against taking breakfast.

Brilliantly located hotel, right next to the stadium, bus terminal and near guggenheim. Rooms are very clean and the staff are friendly- it's a little corporate and lacking character/charm, but fine for what it is. I wouldn't stay here if you are looking to spend a significant amount of time in the hotel, but as a base to explore the city its great.
