Catalonia Gran Vía Bilbao

Wow! Excellent. Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. Our room had a double shower. The spa downstairs is €15 for 50 minutes of steam, sauna and a large hot tub. Air conditioned. They have a pool upstairs as well. It is small but a nice place do sit upstairs. The staff is excellent and they even brought us a welcome gift. Comfortable beds. Excellent place and the price is right. We got an Airbnb and it was so stinky and gross, we left it and booked here last minute. The price was great.

As I arrived at the conference room of this particular hotel, I couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement in the air. Maybe it was the buzz of anticipation, or maybe it was just the lingering aroma of fresh coffee, but something told me that this was going to be a good day. Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by the sleek and modern decor. It was clear that the hotel had put a lot of thought and effort into creating a space that was both functional and stylish. But what really impressed me was the staff. From the moment I walked in, they were top-notch, offering a warm greeting and a genuine willingness to help in any way they could. And let me tell you, in the hospitality industry, that kind of attitude is worth its weight in gold. Over the course of the day, I had the opportunity to observe the staff in action, and they never once faltered. They were always quick to respond, amenable to any requests, and eager to ensure that everything was running smoothly. But perhaps what I appreciated most was their attention to detail. They always set up the rooms exactly as requested, with every detail accounted for. And as someone who has spent a fair amount of time in conference rooms, I can tell you that that level of precision is not always easy to come by. All in all, I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel and its conference room facilities. And as someone who has used their services for two years now, I can attest that their commitment to excellence has not waned in the slightest. If you're looking for a top-notch conference experience, look no further than this hotel.

We stayed at Catalonia Hotel Gran Via for 2 nights and loved it. Very nice hotel, friendly staff, perfect location and the parking garage was a big plus. We had a Premium double room facing the back of the hotel. Spacious and luxury room with a great shower. The hotel offered us a bottle of water every day. The breakfast was also very good. We would stay here again if we return to Bilbao!

Beautiful, modern rooms, and the best bathrooms I’ve ever had in a hotel! Seriously: great water pressure, deep soaking tub, heated towel rack, and all very clean and new-feeling. I should also mention the decent location, convenient parking below the hotel, gym, and the free drinks for Catalonia members as other highlights to my stay. I just wish the spa portion was open a bit later as I had hoped to experience it but didn’t have time in my schedule.
