Named in top 25 hotels in the world by Forbes and 10 best apartments in the world as well is definitely a good option to stay while visiting Amsterdam. It has a warm feeling, friendly staff and a unique design which makes it different it in a good way! Triggers curiosity and the need to discover more. Reception is at top floor, pets are welcomed as well while the patio is smoke friendly. Great food, good drinks and plenty options if your work requires privacy! Loved it!

Stayed here for a month when I relocated to Amsterdam, and it was the perfect intro to the city. The rooms are super modern, every single employee working here is super friendly and sweet. I can recommend the view from the top floor balcony, super nice! Shout-out to Laura and the community dinners!

Nice bar on top. Due to people working there during the day often at night it still feels a bit more business and works vibes than super cozy. Also you need to order at the bar and in my experience the quality of the drinks very much varies which is a shame. Still nice especially in summer because they have a great outside area

We enjoyed our two night stay at Zoku on the whole. The facilities were very clean and the staff were quite helpful and friendly to deal with on the whole. By default you’re only given one pillow per person, which we found a bit disappointing. The beds/quality of bedding could be better for this price point. Hair Dryer was broken. Both of these were addressed promptly when I requested replacements. The room design is different and based on a studio concept, so perhaps better if you’re there for a longer stay rather than a couple night city break type of visit. Access from the bed is a little quirky with a partner. You’ve got to step over them to get to the bathroom- definitely suited to younger solo travellers over couples. We didn’t find the food upstairs to be good value for money. €25 was a steep price for breakfast factoring in what was on offer, and did seem slightly understaffed at peak time. For whatever reason, service stops at 10am and resumes at 11am with practically the same menu. Very bizarre!
