The front desk team is amazing. Very helpful managing luggage storage, early check it etc. And gave us great recommendations. The rooms are large, clean and well appointed. The location is very good and walkable to many nice restaurants but we spend some time in Palermo Soho as well and preferred that area (only ~2km away from here).

I didn’t stay in the hotel. I just asked them to store my luggage for the day and they didn’t charge me anything and were very nice to let us use their restroom. Of course, one has to be polite and tip them something at the end. However, they didn’t ask for tips. Very nice stuff. And the hotel looked very nice too.

Our favorite hotel in our 12 day Argentina trip! The rooms were comfortable with a thermostat we could control, a large spa-like rainfall shower and the cutest balcony. Our complimentary breakfast was a decent spread and the backyard seating area was so gorgeous with these lush greenery walls. They also gave us a complimentary ticket for a glass of wine on our day of arrival! Most of all, the customer service was impeccable! We absolutely loved the front desk who gave us recommendations of things to do in the area as well as places to eat. We were on the hunt for chimichurri and they even went out and got us a bag of chimichurri on our last day! The sweetest!

I stayed there April 2023. Nice room on the 5th floor with a beautiful balcony. The room is very nice and the staff is extremely helpful (speak great English). Located in the quiet part of the Palermo but still very close to many good restaurants.
