This is some of the most friendly staff I’ve experienced. They really care. The rooms are simple but so well kept and stylish. Not a mark on a wall. The courtyard is so charming, it’s a pleasure to come back to each day. And the breakfast each morning is delicious. Location is good for walking around. I 100% recommend Nana Vida if you’re in Oaxaca City.

Fell in love with this hotel! The service at Nana Vida is second to none. Every single interaction with their staff was awesome, literally every time we saw someone they were asking if we needed anything with a smile on their face. It was nice to have a light breakfast included and sitting in the courtyard in the morning was just the best. We also loved all the local art around the hotel. We were very impressed with all the thoughtful details throughout every part of the experience. Great location, great value for money. 100% would stay again next time we go to Oaxaca.

Hospitality --> TOP Cleanliness --> TOP Warmth --> TOP Amazing hotel, easily accessible, amazing people, always smile on their face and helpful in all means. They even offer you free water bottles every day and whenever you enter or go out. You have got an ATM, cafe, restaurants very nearby. I highly recommend this Hotel if you gonna stay in Oaxaca :)

We were so incredibly happy that we chose this hotel. Check in was so smooth- we were greeted at with drinks, artisanal soaps, and restaurant recommendations. The staff that runs the hotel was so friendly, accommodating, and kind. The rooms and the grounds were very clean and tastefully decorated with works of local artists. It was such an unexpected pleasure to eat breakfast (both the complimentary and full) in the beautiful courtyard. The full breakfast was delicious! It is perfectly located outside of any crazy noise, but walking distance to everything we needed. There is security at night allowing guests to come and go. The hosts even gave us beautiful parting gifts. The overall attention to detail and hospitality was really striking. We will absolutely be coming back and recommending this hotel to others.
