Amazing view and pools. The location is a bit far from the centrum, but it is doable with the bus which the stop is in front of the hotel. Good food and definitely recommend to take all inclusive. Service could be a bit better, but I can understand it's not always smiles since they work 24/7. Overall, I had a great experience and definitely recommend it!

We returned home from here yesterday. The hotel is beautiful! An oasis at first glance. Unusual quality in Greece. Beautiful views of the sea and surroundings. I see the main flaw of perfection in the older and fatter receptionist with glasses. Very reluctant, she speaks too fast and her English pronunciation is bad. She forgot to put on our all-inclusive wristbands upon arrival, so we couldn't fully use the refreshments by the pool while waiting for our room - they wanted money from us. The other receptionist (young, long-haired, very pleasant), who then gave us the room keys, was very surprised that we still didn't have them. Our travel agency representative ordered breakfast for the day of departure at 6 a.m. with the aforementioned senior receptionist. Unfortunately, no breakfast was prepared. In summary - the receptionist is the first and last hotel employee you will see and the aforementioned receptionist spoils the whole impression of a perfect holiday. As for the rest - great! The staff are nice and helpful, the food is great. At the infinity pool, service right up to the sunbed. On some days, the wind blew more, until it created a haze in the door of the room - solution - insert a rug or towel into the crack under the door with the help of a knife. The room looks exactly the same as in the photos. Glass walls in the toilet and shower can be an intimate problem for some, we got used to it. By the pool there are two areas with toilets, which are very clean, and in addition to Rituals soap, there is also Rituals body lotion next to the sink. These cosmetics are all over the hotel. You can get a bottle of water anytime and anywhere at the bar.

The hotel was lovely, the staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and rooms of a decent size. It was in a good location not far from Kos Town centre. The food and drink was good although I did get food poisoning but not sure what it was from! My only criticism is that they could do with some more seating for guests around the bar in the evening. The Asian restaurant was great and was a welcome change from the buffet.

Had a lovely holiday in Michelangelo Resort & Spa. Received a warm welcome. View from the window was spectacular. Room was well equipped and kept clean daily by very friendly cleaners. All staff were always friendly & smiling & helpful. Big thank You to Vassilis who was always making sure we had everything we needed by the infinity pool. We loved waking up to the incredible views and just relaxing on comfortable loungers by the infinity pool with most magnificent view. The food was also very delicious, always a wide variety to choose from and always fresh. Big thank You to the chef. One thing the hotel could improve is the evening entertainment in our opinion. In general, we enjoyed our stay. The best view. The best staff. The best food. Thank You!
