Great hotel, wonderful wellness area and private spa. We loved the massages. Very friendly owner as well as all the staff of the hotel and wellness center. We stayed in the Queen Deluxe Suite and I think you wouldn’t find more beautiful hotel room anywhere around this world. 6-star room in my opinion. Half board is a great choice for a very good price. Breakfast was excellent, dinner good. We would prefer a la carte restaurant for dinner but we can’t complain. If you don’t like the menu, you know it one day in advance and you can go anywhere else. Will definitely come back, this was my approx. 20th stay in Cavalese within past 5 years and I finally found the perfect hotel:)

We can't say nothing bad about this hotel, except food. The hotel rooms are clean, well keeped, the localization of hotel is good, because its near the town and near to cable car. The swimpool has got a brilliant view and the sauna is big and with nice view too. There is also nice gym. The food is very bad, acordding to hotel standards. Cook should do something easy, italian but not hard dishes like rabbit, tuna steak or fishes which does not have even a little bit of taste and which all tastes like they were frozen. Only the breakfest and desserts are good there. Going there has a lot of sense, but without dinners. Sorry for my bad english, but i just wanted everyone to see it and know what am i talking about.

Based on our second experience in this hotel. Location is great, room standards are great And overall hotel is very clean. In terms of FOOD that was a DISASTER again even tho our trip manager said cook is better and won't do weird experiments with food and changed. Most of our group had similar experience back when we were here when covid pandemy started and again when we finished our trip few days ago. We talked with atleast 3-4 families who said the same things about food. We never had food so tasteless and disgusting. So many dishes went back from us after one bite coz they were disgusting, food tasted frozen in many cases salt and pepper were never used in any dishes starting day 1 to 7. Stay away from Frozen angler and rabbit. Kitchen Staff did not say a word like it was normal for them and not unusual when half of our dinner went back. Cook shut be kicked out on the spot he lacks of Basic skill and cooking knowledge. I can tell plenty examples if someone is interested and think its a bad competition review, IT's Not!!!! Breakfast are very good. Make sure u won't buy dinner there go outside and experience good food easily 1km away In diffrent restaurants for example resturant osteria where we choosed to go 2-3 times even tho we bought the dinner-breakfast combo. Owner is great guy but I had no courage to say it to his face just to not hurt his feelings. Based on our food experience we are never coming back to this hotel sadly, its a Beatifull spot with great swimming pool.

I didnt appreciate the attitude and the attention of the staff to customers. They were very pretentious.
