We stayed 6 days in this hotel. The structure is fantastic, is an old monastery. However, none of the staff explained anything to us about it, compared to the other guests. We had a fine for smoking, we tried twice to be able to speak to the manager about it, but we just received an email response after 2 days. As for cleanliness, the floor was never cleaned during our entire stay. The shower gel was empty for 3 days and we had to request it. Pieces of hair and dust under our bed, malfunctioning lamp. We also realized, unfortunately late, that some breakfast products were expired. We were not treated as guests, but as if we weren't welcome. Not even goodbye when we left and no one asked us if we were fine or not. We didn't expect this kind of behavior and treatment from a Hotel of this value. Never again

My favorite hotel in Maastricht. Great for a romantic weekend, for a family, heck even my dog gets his own bed and branded doggy treats. Owners have done an amazing job of converting this space. Each room is unique and I loved the history (see photo of a formula they found inscribed on the walls, which was written by monks). The staff is amazing and took the time to share some great stories of the hotel. Even if you don't stay here it's worth a visit to marvel at the artwork they have.

I loved the experience, the only thing I didn't like was the fact the bathroom is in front of the bed and doesn't have a roof between it, so the light from the bathroom shine in all the room...The service was spectacular from the reception until the bar. Historic and elegant decoration 😁

Beautiful place and very genuinely nice staff. Loved the terras in the inner court yard. A must go !!!!
