Killarney Plaza Hotel and Spa

Nice hotel. Staying here with a tour group. Very little interaction with front desk. The dinner was good and we had a nice young man from France as our waiter. Beds are comfortable with lots of pillows. Wifi service is good. Nice bar area with cold beer and delicious drinks. Great location to pubs and shopping.

Had several rooms for our wedding. Comfortable rooms, nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was alright, some products didn’t seem that fresh though. Spa could use some space to lay down to rest, but all in all a nice place to stay in Killarney.

Enjoyed every minute of my stay. Very clean and spacious room, friendly and welcoming staffs especially at the reception and tan yard, delicious meals including breakfast. Proximity to shops, great location. Had a swell time with my family💯💯👌👌

I booked for a family room. I expected to find one double bed &  2 single s as indicated on the website. I found 1 single bed  Instead of 2 and when I asked to change room they told me everything was already booked.  I asked to add another bed but they gave me a fold bed, like I was in a camping. Furthermore I knew about the car park (there isn't enough space for all cars) only when I booked the room and I got the email for confirmation.  When you have kids, to have a place in  car park is important. The last but not least , the noise from people talking and shouting in the corridor at 1:00 am. This is not what you expect from an hotel like this. I am really upset...maybe they earned 267€ in one day but it also sure they lost much more in advertising.
