Great hotel, quiet neighborhood and close to public transportation. Staff is super friendly and they really have policies to make environmental improvements. Food is great, nice breakfast buffet and rooms are clean and with all the basic things fa you need during your stay. Won’t hesitate to book it on every visit !

We truly enjoyed our stay at Ilunion as a couple. Breakfast was great and staff was very friendly. We had a rental car and didn't have any difficulty finding free parking around. Nice and quiet to sleep at night. Strongly recommend.

Our stay at this hotel was far from what we had hoped for. Despite contacting the hotel in advance via three different forms to request a special experience for our first-year marriage anniversary, we felt the opposite of special from the very start. Our initial emails requesting confirmation on bath amenities were not acknowledged, and upon arriving, we were not informed of check-out times, how to reach room service or the front desk, or the location of dining rooms. The staff did not greet us warmly, and there was no effort made to make us feel welcome or comfortable. We felt as though we were an inconvenience to the staff, and they were doing us a favor by renting us a room. The room itself lacked basic amenities, including a coffee machine or instant coffee, a tea kettle, and a mini-fridge that was completely empty. The room safe did not work, and there were no robes, slippers, or bath amenities for a couple. The bath amenities provided were insufficient, with a single brush for a couple and the smallest soap available. We had to request more towels, which turned out to be blood-stained, and it was not until we spoke to the front desk staff that we received more bath amenities, replaced towels, and complimentary champagne, chocolates, and a signed apology. The lack of communication between staff and clients was a major issue during our stay. The staff was unresponsive to our requests and inquiries, and the evening staff was particularly unhelpful and lacked empathy. We were told to get our own hair conditioner and ice in a very rude way. The staff was not accommodating or helpful when we had requests or issues to the point we were afraid to reach out via the room phone. We also faced problems with the cleanliness of the bathtub as the water was yellow when filling it up and the room itself, with tea cups and flutes not being replaced, also no trash cans in the room besides bathroom. These issues made us feel like we were not being taken care of properly. Our sleep was also negatively impacted by the aircon that only produced warm air, which we were not informed about beforehand. This disrupted our sleep and negatively impacted our second day of the stay. We felt like we were not given proper information about the aircon and that the staff was not concerned with our comfort. Despite these issues, we did have a good experience at breakfast. The food was varied and plentiful, with a good selection of fruit, pastries, and cold cuts. However, this did not make up for the issues we faced during the rest of our stay. We were also disappointed to learn that water was only available at the restaurant and was a paid service, despite paying around 70€ a night. We were also unable to check out later, even as Club members of the hotel chain. This lack of flexibility and transparency regarding services and amenities was frustrating and disappointing. Overall, we were dissatisfied with our experience and have decided not to book with ILUNION hotels again. We suggest that the hotel provide better communication between staff and clients, information on how to reach proper channels, a list of phone numbers, and better transparency on their website regarding what services are included. We also suggest providing a TV that allows for Chromecast or screen sharing, with audio options for all channels, and a global language option. The elevator should have information on which floors the rooms are located, as well as other activities within the hotel. A list of included and not included services should also be available for consultation near the room's phone. We hope that the hotel takes our feedback into consideration and makes improvements to ensure that future guests have a better experience.

Clean, comfortable and well maintained rooms. Environmentally responsible by eliminating use of plastics. This chain of hotels also provides employment opportunities for those with special needs, which is heartwarming. Breakfast spread provided was more than adequate. Will select this chain more often in the future.
