Hotel SP34 by Brøchner Hotels

When we arrived the first thing we noticed was that the room and shower was really dirty in some places. Hitting the shower after out travel, we discovered there was very low water pressure. It was really uncomfortable, and it was not enough water to even get warm after strolling around in the cold. If you have long hair, and want to to wash it, you'd simply not manage to do so due to the low pressure. It was also really cold in the room, and even if we cranked the heat to max it was a bit uncomfortable. The cold room was great for sleeping though, and I found the firm bed really comfortable for my liking. The breakfast was pretty good. Really tasty fresh orange juice and warm croissants. I did miss a nice plate of eggs and bacon though. The hotel has a good vibe, with nice interior design. There is a free wine hour from 5-6 and a free nightcap. But for the price you pay for this hotel, do not let yourself be fooled by this. You can get a much better hotel that is cheaper than this one. And spend the rest of the money at one of copenhagens great wine or cocktail bars. We'll not be back.

Great location in the city. The happy hour wine, complimentary fresh coffee in the mornings and included toiletries are awesome. They have bike rentals and laundry on site as well. Best part of the experience was the staff - very accommodating and pleasant. Only downsides were no A/C and a bit noisy late Saturday night.

Myself and my boyfriend had a great 2 night stay. Room was lovely, great location - overall very happy. However, we left feeling very uncomfortable as we were sat in the foyer with our luggage waiting to leave and a middle aged man who I assume was the owner or manager kept circling around us and almost looking down on us as if he was questioning why we were there. We looked forward to wait another hour for our flight in the hotel and watch a DJ they had but we were not comfortable. Not a fan of whoever that member of staff was, very rude!

I’ll start with the negatives: - low score on cleanliness. Dust on room and bathroom surfaces, stain on a mug in breakfast area, reception area had food crust and stains. - bedroom overlooking internal courtyard was noisy and also not user friendly: plugs in weird spots, bed jammed against wall so you have to clamber over each other. Positives: - very friendly and positive staff - excellent location for shopping and sight seeing - the happy hours are fun
