Hotel Milano Scala

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is cute but the bathtub was broken (both the drain and the jets) which was one of the primary reasons we booked the room. Do not recommend dinner at the bistro, but that shouldn't be a deterrent, there are plenty of restaurants a short walk away. Overall enjoyed our stay but for the price we expected better.

We enjoyed this hotel, it was in a great spot that was close to a lot of places that we could walk too including duomo and shopping. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of options. Shower was nice with great water pressure. There was a free cocktail hour that was fun and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The service was the best part, super helpful and in good moods.

Got lots of "Bonjouro" from staff. Bed sheets never got changed. Had to always call to remind to make room. That was the only nice part. Phone in room wasn't working and was fix only night before departure. Jacuzzi never worked. Price compared to other center hotel, too expensive. When asked for discount due to inconvenience, they just ignored. Stayed there several times but now will go elsewhere.

I loved my business stay here. The location is very convenient around many subway stations and a walking distance from any central landmark. The room is quite cosy and warm (with parqué). Great breakfast with a live arpista and a small gym for early morning work-out! Greta in the reception, has alway been very kind and helpful.
