One of the most important thing for any property, specially one as unique as yours, where guests travel specifically to your place and expect to have a wonderful experience, one thing is very important- how you welcome your guests. Any hotelier knows that first impressions matter a lot. This is the only place the property failed but other than that it is exceptionally put together in terms of the accommodation in the luxury tents and the over all infrastructure of the property. It has been done with great style and provides a unique and original experience during the stay. For someone who has been to Venice several times, it’s an exciting way to experience Venice differently. We happened to arrive to the property 1.5 hours earlier than check in time and our welcome was to our great surprise unexpectedly terrible. The moment I stepped out of my car I was almost screamed at with “do you have a reservation?” - No Ciao, No Welcome. Then we were repeatedly reminded of the check in time (which we knew) and essentially asked to leave until check in. Not even a glass of water was offered, in fact, when asked for a glass of water and an espresso so we could sit and enjoy the nice garden until we could check in, we were told by Sara that they are understaffed and we must wait till check in time. Thankfully and eventually Sebastiano was so kind and professional to offer us some refreshments. This was at the right time as we were moments away from leaving the property and finding another option in Venice. I am sure it is understood by the property that a guest is your guest from the moment they book your place and not after check in time. I run two luxury properties myself and therefore being very generous with my evaluation, I understand that sometimes things can be stressful and eventually Sara was kind and offered us some fruits and Prosecco by the pool. After check-in time, of course. Compliments to Sebastiano and the lady during breakfast service. Overall, I recommend this property despite having many great Glamping experiences around the world, this one manages to impress! ..and I specially pass my compliments to whoever designed the place and managed, so tastefully, to find the perfect balance between elegant Chic and a farm experience. Bravo!

Though the place looks a bit queationable in google you'll see a scatchy place and worry a bit, as so happened to us, but don't let that fool you, this place is what dreams are made off. Uppon arrival, Ivon wellcomed us in an extraordinary manner with a lot of love, caring and smile, probably the best welcome we got in all of Italy. We got a full recap about the place's interesting history, but that level of caring, proffesional and very kind service goes for the rest of the crew, with the respect and caring fit for kings. The place no words could ever discribe. This was the perfect experiance. Simply perfect.

Like a scene out of a movie, Glamping Canonici sits on the outskirts of Venice where you can enjoy nature and the beauty of the property. I wish we stayed more than 2 days in the property. The staff made sure we were able to get to and from the train station and recommend some amazing places for us to eat. Since you're out in nature the wi-fi is a little spotty, but other than that. No complaints. Thank you to the staff for breakfast and the lovely sunset ride around Venice. Glamping Canonici made our trip perfect. Hope to stay again when I visit Italy. ❤️
