The staff were super helpful from the moment I arrived (after delayed plane). The staff provide a lot of help and guidance and spoke good English. They were especially patient and courteous even when a large group checked in. The rooms are nice and clean, the mattress needs some help. The metro is a 10 minute walk that goes through a park, very nice and convenient. Easy to get into Milano.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed to iron something and they helped me with everything I needed. I got proposed to in one of the rooms of Eco Hotel and this will always be my go-to-hotel every time I visit Milano. The location is near the metro and 5 stations far from Duomo which is very near. There were other pizzeria and markets around. Highly recommend!!

The hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood, great location - near a metro station which leads straight to the city center. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The rooms and overall the whole hotel was spotless. The breakfast and all of the food from the restaurant was delicious and fresh. Strongly recommend!

Friendly, clean, a good price and a short walk from the metro. Their hotel parking lot was a life-saver, but make sure to request a parking space early as their spots are limited. We love staying here after a show at the Legend Club
