The hotel is situated in a beautiful country side and the building is unique. The entrance, lobby , resturants areas and spa facilities pleasant and high class. Unfortunately the rooms were disappointing!!! We expects from a unique spa hotel to provide a much better experience. We had no water power in the showers,  no mini bar or even a bottle of water in the rooms. In addition to all of that, we could smell the sewerage in the room! We suggest that a small upgrade within the rooms will benefit your guests and of course your company.

What a great location with the lovely view of the fjord. Rooms are decent and the spa complex is second to none. Friendly staff will also help you to enjoy your stay. Will for sure return here again. The restaurant can up its game though.

My experience at the hotel was not 10 out of 10 since I made my reservation with a massage spa and when I arrived they did not have my reservation they informed me that it was because the hotel is very full, an issue that is not my responsibility since I had made my reservation in the proper way, the next day I had to go to the reception to be informed since no one gave me information I met a lady who was not at all friendly or recursive nor efficient and in the end I left the hotel quite disappointed by that part since my main goal was to receive both facial and body spa treatment. Regarding the rest of the staff, they were very nice, friendly, helpful, and especially a lady named Louie, she checked me in and was very helpful.

Great Spa Hotel, when booking for Spa stay you can check in early but it would be good to at least allow 11:00am check out, in my opinion 10:30 on a Sunday is too early... The facilities of the Spa is very nice, but too busy around 15:00-18:00. Very good food for dinner!
