Bigatt Hotel & Restaurant

An exceptional hotel where no detail is left to chance. We arrived late and were proactively given very clear instructions to our room. Rooms are in perfect shape, beautiful wooden floors and tastefully renovated. The restaurant alone is worth the visit, whether for breakfast or dinner. Thank you for the stay.

Lovely hotel with many rooms and a restaurant that overlooks much of Lugano. Pricing for both are fairly priced but on the higher end. The staff was amazing to interact with and always happy to assist in any way possible. Would definitely visit again if in the area. Do keep in mind that it's a bit of a hike getting up the road to the hotel. If you or someone you're with has difficulties with walking up steep inclines long distances you will need to take a taxi or bus from the main Lugano station.

Room service is the best. The rooms r big and awesome. Personal r nice. It’s just in a place where the buses don’t drive often and u can’t reach nothing by foot but still the view is to great to say anything especially if it’s hygienic

There is a lot to love about this hotel. Reasonable on-site parking (8 CHF off season), nice view, good desk, pleasant room with timber furnishings. Staff were polite and efficient. All of this good was undone by the bed which had the softest hotel mattress I’ve ever slept in and also was comprised of 2 beds placed next to each other which easily separated. I did not sleep well.
