Excellent hotel with huge rooms per European standards. The shower was big as well and the hotel provided great amenities. There is a snack area, which is free of charge, with all kind of food and drinks and available 24 hours... that was the highlight of the stay after coming back from a long day at work with all meetings... just to relax and enjoy some free food, juices, sodas and desserts. Highly recommend this place.

It was my first stay at this amazing hotel. Starting form booking process to arrival and departure, everything was at high level and best experience of honest hospitality. Her you always feel like a special guest with all attention, information and provided high quality services. Comfortable, spacious and clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great breakfast and 24/7 snacks bar available. I stayed here for a business trip, but i definitely want to come back with my family also. They do all the best and there is nothing i missed during stay.

Comfy beds and spacious room. Free goodies and drinks available to guests. Quiet location in an uninteresting neighbourhood: within a short walk from the nearest metro station but far from anything else in Madrid.

We're driving to get hotel. They have parking garage. Also snack bar was good. We arrived middle of late lunch and dinner.we had some snacks with no charged. Staffs are kind and area is clean. Including room and other facilities.we've satisfied. Maybe next time we will come back here. Thank you all staffs.
