For paying more than 200 euro per night, I would expect better facility. Room is quite small, no slippers/robes offed unless you request; hardware is dated, definitely not well design. Rooftop has nice view, jacuzzi water temperature just lurk warm; steam didn't work properly, quite cold; gym is very basic. We didn't try the breakfast or bar in the hotel, so not sure about the quality there. Positive sides, room was clean, staff was friendly & helpful, location was good, easy to walk around the neighborhood.

Great location and perfect for couples. The room was large and for the most part comfortable, if not a little tired in places. Aircon was almost non-existent and the hairdryer shot sparks… but we survived! The terrace is very peaceful, but again could benefit from a bit of a sprucing up - particularly the steam room. I’d definitely stay again, and would recommend it to gay and straight friends alike.

Great location but staff is very disorganized. The location of this hotel is great. You can walk to La Rambla in about 20 minutes, and there is a subway stop on the corner, which means you can get anywhere in no time. The room was clean and spacious. The staff are friendly, though I question how they communicate between themselves. When I asked for things I would only get it half the time. I went up to the pool on the rooftop at 9am the last morning we were at the hotel. Got up a bit earlier than I normally would have, just to enjoy the pool. It was total chaos up there. There were used towels everywhere, empty bottles of booze, and full ashtrays with cigarettes. The pool itself was nasty and there was all kinds of stuff floating in it. I complained about this as we left the hotel an hour later. The lady in the reception suggested that I could go to the pool then, as it has now been cleaned. Too little too late. It was a huge disappointment. I asked them to fix the drain in the shower, as it was clogged. After five minutes the water would start pouring out of the shower and into the room. I was assured that this would be fixed only to find out that nothing had been done when I got back to the hotel. I also complained that the toilet wouldn't stop filling up after you flush, thus making a lot of noise. This was not fixed either. One hot tip is to use earplugs during the night. The windows are not insulated and you can hear the traffic from outside. The walls and door are no better. If someone talks in the hallway it's very audible inside the room. The neighbor slammed the door and I felt the bed shake. I enjoyed my stay but the staff needs to improve their communication, so when something doesn't work it's actually being fixed. Leaving the rooftop pool all nasty after it opens is unforgivable. I doubt I'll ever come back.

This hotel is not 4* hotel. The worst breakfast ever! Everything was cold, no vegetables, low-cost products. There are no handkerchiefs in the hotel room, which is a complete standard in a 4* hotel. Complementary water? Of course not. The room is extremely noisy, fitness is old, not ready for guests. the only advantage is the location. I do not recommend this hotel at all. I checked out from the hotel earlier. It was really bad.
