Stayed here for one night, in the Executive suite. Rooms are small compared to others and the view is a bit limited but the service is brilliant. The spa is very good. We tried the afternoon tea. One of the best I've tried in the city - the flavours, service and ambience are all brilliant. Would definitely do that again even if I don't stay here again.

We went to the Lanesborough for an afternoon tea. Being early we waited in the bar with a cocktail, they were excellent. We also had the chance to spot their lovely cat! The afternoon tea room was magnificent. We received a delightful service. It was themed for spring, with a bee and a flower cakes. It was lovely, and the quality was great. One of the best afternoon tea I did!

We visited the renowned Reading Room and Library Bar at the Lanesborough Hotel. The service was excellent and the venue very well appointed in this 5 star hotel located just outside Hyde Park. They offer an extensive drinks menu along with an interesting food menu. Certainly a very nice location to either meet friends and family and to celebrate special occasions.

Although delicious, the service for afternoon tea was the worst I have ever experienced in a posh establishment. My friend and I were left with no drinks, no food, no service for over 50 minutes. We never received our scones and when we brought our issues up, the waitress tried to argue her way out of it. Beautiful tea room, but do not expect the service to match.
