10/10 for location, room quality / facilities and staff! Couldn’t thank their cleaning and reception staff enough for returning a a very valuable personal belonging I left behind. It’s so close to the train station and plenty of attractions. Definitely recommend.

We would like to document that we spent 3 days in Berlim, and we can write that due to Mr. Tiago, we definitelly had an excellent 3 days. He was very friendly, attentive and we are making this recommendation for exactly this reason. The Hotel's infrastructure, accommodations and even the other employees were also good, but the focus here must be on his (Tiago) services. Thanks for it and have an excellent day.

Very nice hotel with very good location. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is varied and tasty, coffee machine is a bit slow but the result is excellent. Hot chocolate should have been available. All in all - very good choice.

Good location. Basic room. No AC but they did provide a fan on request. Room only gets cleaned if you ask them so don't forget to tell them. Fast delivery of towels when requested. Small gym allows some basic workout when needed.
