together with my friends we had a wonderful vacation here. everything was excellent. the architecture of the resort is original, very attentive to details, many flowers, located by the sea, generous beach with all facilities, excellent food and an absolutely kind and discreet staff. Stella, a charming person, served us impeccably at the pool bar where we sat telling stories and having fun. recommended to everyone, we will come back here. very close and very easy to rent a car, you can visit the historical places.

Stunning view, very friendly staff. We stayed for a week and every single day when we came back, the room was spotless and was very much above expectations. The travelers concierge is a young knowledgeable lady and goes above and beyond, if she doesn’t know the answer to your question, she’ll figure it out and comes back with more information than you asked for. The spa and massages were extremely relaxing. The facility has 3 restaurants. Variety of deliciousness at buffet, great food at the other restaurant (which unfortunately I forgot the name). However, The third restaurant “swell” was a nightmare. When we went there there was only another occupied table. It took forever to get service, the food was dreadful. It took 45 mins to get the bill after 3 times asking and finally we had to go to the cashier to get it ourselves. We were very unhappy at the end and just wanted to leave after a long day and forgot to give them the discount coupon. At checkout day, front desk didn’t accept the coupon (they give you 4 coupons when you check in) and we ended up paying full for the worst food and service ever, which left a bitter taste in my mouth. Still I go with 5 star for everything else being beyond great. We rent a car for a day, the front desk (another person) managed everything. They dropped the car at hotel and picked it up from there. Overall highly recommend, just step away from swell!

We stayed here for 7 nights in mid June and had an amazing time. The hotel wasn't very crowded, there were always places to sit at the beach and pool and plenty of tables at dinner. We stayed in a classic double room with a balcony. We only had a partial view of the sea from our room, but as we weren't in our room that much it didn't really matter. The room was decent, comfy bed, 2 shower rooms, mini fridge, sofa, TV, air con, ect. Some reviews I read said that the rooms were outdated, but it seemed fine to me and was always clean and tidy when we would return at the end of the day. We had all inclusive while here which I would recommend if you're not looking to leave the hotel much, since drinks and food would add up quickly if you were paying for each meal separately. The food at the buffet was decent, we always found something to fill our plates, but the selection was limited compared to other all inclusive buffets we have had. There was always some sort of pasta, meat, chicken and fish along with side dishes, although the sides didn't always seem to match the theme of the meat (ex. Asian chicken with mashed potatoes and eggplant as sides). But everything tasted good so we were happy. The desserts at the buffet were always amazing. We got vouchers to eat at each of the on-site sit-down restaurants, Swell and Si La. Swell was alright, I had the pork.ans my partner had the chicken and it was decent, we would have thought it was better if we hadn't eaten at Si La the night before. The food at Si La was outstanding! Some of the best food we had in a while and by far the best on the trip. We had the salmon and the tuna and were blown away. Definitely recommend saving the best for last to avoid disappointment. The drinks menu is the same at all the restaurants, other than the buffet where you have to pay for cocktails. The cocktails are fantastic, particularly at Swell which is the only bar open late. The staff here are some of the friendliest people, everyone you walk past says hello and the servers will have a little chat or joke with you when they bring your drinks. They seem to really care about the guests and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I have to give a special thank you to Aggelos, the bartender at the pool bar, who took care of us throughout the trip. Overall, we had a lovely time and would recommend this place for a nice relaxing holiday.

If you come with a dog, like we did - this is the most dog-friendly hotel we’ve ever been too. Super friendly staff, lovely atmosphere, very clean, nice food too. Also great for plane spotters lol but you get used to the noise in no time.
