Very conveniently located hotel especially when traveling with kids. Not only you can easily get to the city center of Venice (400m/5min walk to the vaporetto waterbus), but also you can get to the beach with open sea in almost the same time). The staff at the hotel is really friendly. Rooms are a bit worn out but definitely clean. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Quaint old fashioned hotel, missed the opportunity to renovate and fix the rooms during the pandemic lockdown. Aircon not available during low season, does not matter if customer feels uncomfortable because outside the temperature is not that hot, so was told to live with it! 2 ✨ stars for customer satisfaction from management whilst 5 🌟 stars for service received from the ordinary staff, they did their best to keep all customers happy. Large Breakfast spread, many options from cereals 🥣 to cold cuts, yogurts, breads, fruits and croissants. Staff very attentive and caring. No bottle of water in the room but there is a kettle and coffee, supposed to use water from the tap. Bed a bit uncomfortable because they use 2 mattresses to make up a double bed.

A cosy place to stay, near to the boat station , we walked about four minutes. Breakfast was ok, the bed was not that comfortable and the air conditioning and hairdryer needs a upgrade! :) but staffs was friendly and helpful!
