The Hotel Pasarela is amazing. Very good rooms, perfect location, big windows with a lot of light and sun in the room and a very nice view. For the Plaza de Espana lovers and Park lovers the perfect place to go.

Very good hotel with outstanding service! I am highly satisfied with the service. The location is also good and convenient. Why it only has 3.8 stars???

Stayed for 7 days and it wasn’t a great experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Rooms were not sound-proof, being able to hear everything from other closer rooms and the corridor. Bed was just ok. Decoration was old fashioned. Staff was not great either. They were a bit grumpy and they did a lot of noise since early morning on weekend (around 8am). I even overheard them complaining about people sleeping until late… The only positive is its location: it is really well connected and close to the city centre.

No way this is a 4 star hotel. This may have been true in the '70s as the room/bathroom still has that deco! Very expensive for what they offer. Breakfast not recommended as it costs 4 x times what it would cost in any nearby bar. Good location and friendly staff, but sadly not worth the price
