Excellent location. Staff were amazing. Rooms very clean and warm. We rented bikes for 20 euro and cycled the whole city - very handy. Also the hotel do a cozy hour every evening where you get a free drink. Highly recommend.

We stayed a couple of weeks ago, for a pre Christmas city break. Our bedroom was elegant, clean and quiet. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed our hot mulled wines by the fire. Only disappointment was that we thought the spa facility was included! This would have been such a great opportunity; returning back from long walks around the city in cold weather to then go and enjoy a jacuzzi & steam room, would have been lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There was an excellent lounge to relax in and every evening between 17.00 and 18.00 there was a cozy hour where guests had a free glass of wine, beer or fruit juice. The buffet breakfasts included an extremely wide choice of dishes of high quality in a pleasant dining area.

We stayed at Hotel Kong Arthur for our wedding in Copenhagen and we are so glad that we did! The staff were so incredibly friendly and accommodating! The room was lovely and the hotel was beautiful and in the perfect location to explore Copenhagen! The staff helped to make our wedding week special and even surprised us with champagne in our room on our wedding day! We can’t wait to come back to celebrate our wedding anniversary! Thank you all for an incredible stay!
