I had a great staying at the VCH hotel. The location is great. Walking distance to many things and also accessible by the public transportation. The room is small but very clean and well maintained. The staff are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is very good with many choices. I would stay there again

I had such a pleasant stay. I was supposed to check in at the hostel next door but they don’t have room anymore. I found here and the receptionists were so friendly and helpful with checking in, luggage storage and even so thoughtful to give me spoons and forks when I get late night food delivered. Everything was very clean too!

We stayed at this hotel a week ago. The breakfast experience was not good at all. We came to the restaurant for breakfast at 09:35, they were out of omelet and bacon already. The remaining breakfast menu were only some bread cheese and cereal and tea and coffee. When we asked them whether we could have omelet and bacon again, they said no because the kitchen is closed while we were seeing them playing around at the kitchen. We paid for €138 for a night only and ended up not having breakfast. We have never experienced this kind of treatment before. My friend coming with me working at a hotel too as a chef so we know the kitchen drill and how the guest should be treated. We even came like 30 mins before the breakfast time ended. So it was unbelievable. To pay that much of money for a night and had that kind of experience is a no no.

I've been here three or four times but neither as a hotel guest or visitor. They've rented out space in the back for a Corona test centre. That es where I went. Did I enjoy their service? Yes, recommend. Had to wait a bit the last time but all in all fast service.
