We loved the hotel! It was so beautiful and the staff were very friendly. We had our dog with us but were able to bring it everywhere we went except the breakfast area, but the staff let us to eat at the bar area. We appreciated that they were so accommodating towards dog owners. The fact is that it’s not very easy to find a REAL dog friendly hotel n Spain. We’ll definitely come back in the future!

Beautiful hotel in a great location, a short walk from the old town and close to the gardens Turia. Staff were very friendly, we received an upgrade (it was our anniversary) to a junior suite, which was wonderful. Best hotel room we have ever stayed in. Spacious, comfortable, everything you could need. Chocolate on pillow a nice touch, as well as robes & slippers. Spa area is lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A small hotel where I have stayed 4 times so far. I have always stayed in the junior suite. Therefore, I can only rate the junior suite. The room is modern and furnished to a high standard. The breakfast buffet is more than adequate, but the bar could be more comfortable. The only negative thing I can say is that after a business dinner, where I shared a large piece of steak with a business partner, we both got sick. I also had a small dispute with the restaurant manager, who always walks there in a suit. The reason was, I wanted to work on my laptop at the same time as dinner and therefore wanted sit at a table for four. According to him, this was impossible. This was made very clear to me. As a result, he no longer greeted me during a subsequent visit to the hotel. Instead, he turned his back on me at the bar and left. This is unprofessional, especially in a 5-star hotel. The rest of the team is absolutely friendly and helpful and I really appreciate the valet parking option. Compared to the Westin Valencia, where I stayed last time, the Hospes can easily keep up and is much better in terms of room facilities.

By far the best and most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. Rooms have tall ceilings, floor space is limited. The rooms were modern and quiet, in a beautiful old building on the edge (and in comfortable walking distance of) of the old town centre. We went out for breakfast, lunch and dinnner so cannot comment on the food.
