Very beautiful hotel, the building is treated very well and you can see that it preserved it's classical features while putting the modern feature on top. We stayed for two nights here and got a free upgrade, nice welcome wine, and some tasty snacks. The service is top notch, got no problem at all during our stay. It's very close to the beach on 3 minutes walk, also to touristy locations which is reachable by walk. It's also in the center which has plenty of good restaurants options. The breakfast option is good with plenty of selection. All in all, I would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Alicante in the future.

Temperature control in the room is minimal so you have to keep the window open for airflow. As a hot sleeper I was suffering at night and if we didn't have ear plugs, the open windows would have made it impossible to sleep due to the extreme noise! Yikes. The service is fantastic as is the location! The employees are helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. The location makes it easy to get to the main streets and attractions with ease... almost all are walkable. Avoid the Fondillón Restaurant in the hotel, the chef thinks they are some visionary but they cannot perform the basics.

Well posh hotel. Kind and attentive staff, glam rooms, gr8 location, gorgeous food. Highly recommended. Flamenco night was awesome. Views from rooftop amazing and pool was a delight. D'Tablas tapas bar opposite was totally incredible... only E1.50 per tapa and they count the wood blocks they come on to calculate ur bill👍🇪🇦Like tapas Jenga!!

There are cheaper options to stay in the centre of Alicante, but our recent stay here was good value for benefits it brought. The pool is lovely and warm, allowing you to relax and enjoy even if the weather is not good. Rooms are well equipped, spacious and comfortable, with large TV, coffee machine, sofa, safe, fridge and hairdryer all provided. The beds are large and comfortable and bathroom also had plenty of space, if a little open plan for some tastes Service was generally good, with a complimentary glass of cava on arrival and a bottle in the room (plus a second bottle and nibbles on my birthday!). We did however have to ask four times for the air conditioning to be looked at, as it was rather hot in the room and having the window open to cool down was noisy, from the road and work on reception. WiFi also went down on our floor for about 48 hours during our stay, which was an inconvenience. We could access by the pool or in reception but given the work there and reduced seats this wasn't ideal. Overall though, these issues didn't detract from this being a great location from which to explore Alicante, or relax and unwind.
