We stayed at Hidden Hotel for 3 nights and it did not disappoint. I surprised my husband with a getaway here. The staff were attentive and helped curate surprises for him. The decor is beautiful and they live up to their standard of being environmentally friendly. The breakfast was delightful with many options to choose from. Our room was lovely with nice touches, including environmentally friendly slippers and robes. The location and proximity to L’Arc de Triomphe was fantastic and there was easy access to the metro and other forms of public transport. I definitely recommend for a unique Paris stay. The staff is also super helpful and friendly.

Do NOT stay here. We booked a stay for 3 nights and had to cut our stay by two days since we found out my husbands mother was going into emergency surgery for cancer. The front desk told us we would be refunded (because it was within their policy) but have since refused to refund us for the two nights we did not stay there. While I understand they are running a business, they did not follow through on their policy and clearly value money over human decency.

Recently stayed a few nights and enjoyed it. Location was nice, on a quiet street but also close to the Arc and a metro stop. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and clean, but was very, very small.

Best hotel I have stayed at in a long time! Very clean, super comfortable and location is amazing. Staff are very friendly and the entire experience we had at Hidden Hotel was 5 stars from start to finish. Would highly recommend booking when staying in Paris.
