1. Paid £400 pounds for a spa treatment which was meant to be a couple massage for 4 hours. A. We’re in separate rooms although we confirmed it was together. And the total time as 2.45 hours ?!! Have to pay extra for the jacuzzi. And the mediation is an audio tape !!!! Not even guided by a real human 2. No access to the pool or the pool chairs! Spend £400 and no use of them ?! 3. Waiters don’t come to even offer the menue, you have to wave them down. It was super quiet too 4. Overall so awful, spa is awful. We have travelled the world and never seen such awful service. 5. Only positive was my husbands massage which was good. I had an awful massage with the female masseuse, it was more rubbing that pressing and massaging. DO NOT recommend for any spa service. Over priced and not worth a single penny. I would happy spend on a good spa day/hotel

The only good thing this hotel has for is its location if you want to stay in Puerto Madero, otherwise it’s far from everything else. The hotel itself it’s a version of an outdated Miami Beach hotel. Way too expensive for what it is, not only the rooms but also the food and beverages. Ah and if you forget your iPhone charger, they would be glad to sell you one for $100! When just a block away they sell them for $5. A total rip off.

We went to the El Cabaret restaurant for dinner and the Tango show. The food was fine and the show was very enjoyable. Best cheesecake I've had in ages. Definitely recommended!

Booked the tango show with dinner. Party of 8. We were accommodated (more like crammed) around 2 (!!) small round tables. Our complaints treated with arrogance and disdain by staff. Not the starry experience one would expect from a 5*(really??) hotel. Simply not worth the time and money
