We have had lovely time. The room was comfortable, the complimentary breakfast truly exceptional. The location is also great - there is a subway station right in front of the hotel if you are not too fond of walking, but the hotel is also close enough to main historical sights, we have ended up going on foot when we went sightseeing

I've stayed at this hotel 3 of the 4 times I've visited Vienna, and I will continue to stay when I go back. The rooms have AC and are quiet. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is outstanding with fresh, healthy options. Location is great with easy metro access. Staff is helpful and friendly, and the hotel's commitment to environment-friendly choices is admirable. There are very few hotels I've stayed where I wake up every morning feeling completely refreshed, healthy, and excited for my day. This is one of them.

The family rooms were great for travelling with kids. The location was also great, close to Prater park and with easy access to U1 subway line directly in front of the hotel that can take you anywhere you need to go. Staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast offering was great, with vegan options and choices for kids. I definitely recommend the hotel!

Room was super clean, breakfast was exceptional with plenty of home made and local products, staff was really helpful and nice. Great place to go with family, even with very small children. We came with electrical car and got discount on price of the room because of the green rate. We will go to Henriette hotel every time when visiting Vienna!
