We had the most amazing stay on the 3 night package with tours. Everything was well organised and the food was excellent. The wildlife we saw on the property and trails was so special, including sloths, squirrel monkeys, spider monkeys, howlers, Capuchin, macaws, snakes, frogs, red eyed leaf frogs, hummingbirds, toucans, mot mot and so many other birds. On the Corcovado trek we saw and heard so many more birds. On the kayaking we saw turtles and dolphins in the bay. The bungalow was very comfortable and the outdoor shower was great. Thank you so much we would love to return.

We stayed at Danta for 3 nights having booked the Corcovado Package, and it was definitely the highlight of my trip to Costa Rica. The bungalow was great. I sat some hours on the porch in front and could spot toucans, macaws as well as monkeys. The outdoor bathroom was also an experience. I was standing in the shower (which was also great with good pressure and hot water) while watching the monkeys coming back for the night as they like to stay close to humans at night. We did the night walk, kayaking and a hike inside Corcovado. Our guide, Juan Luis, was exceptional. He could talk about everything and explain where to find frogs, snakes and other creatures at night. He also went beyond his normal work by finding great curasaws and sloths around the lodge after already having spent a whole day hiking with us. If there is one thing I could complain about it would be the dinner. The food was good, just a bit boring. The breakfasts on the other hand were perfect: gallo pinto, tropical pancakes, homemade müsli, fruits, fresh juice and more. I can highly recommend this lodge and I hope to get the chance to visit Corcovado again in the future and that the ecosystem is preserved for the future.

Really beautiful room with an outdoor shower/bathroom. We could see the monkeys in front of our room when we had a shower. They offer the best food for a reasonable price (yes, it is pricier than many other restaurants but you get top class food) for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had a 3 course menu with a perfectly cooked tenderloin or a white sauce lasgna incl drinks for about 50USD. The property has many walking trails where you can find lots of animals and beautiful viewing points. We were accompanied by their lovely dog on our walk.

Best of the best experience, if you like being in nature (no AC) there's a ceiling fan and floor fan, no walls in the room, the walls are bug screens, as if you are sleeping outdoors but protected from the insects! Amazingly wonderful experience if you love nature!
