The room was on the smaller side, but it was totally fine for just me. The bed was a bit small, but it was comfortable and had great sheets and pillows. The temperature in the room was just right and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked. The shower was a good size and the free shampoo, conditioner, and soap smelled great. The hotel had a really cool, laid-back vibe and the bar seemed like a really popular spot, although I didn't have a chance to check it out. The garden must be a great place to relax in the summer. All in all, I had a great time at this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Didn't stay here, just went for drinks. The bar is really cosy and sophisticated. The cocktails are very good but a little bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. The service was amazing. Would stay in the hotel based on this experience.

Simply amazing. The service is so professional, but also very friendly and very accommodating. From now on this will be my hotel of choice in Berlin. Only negative I can think of would be there is no lobby space at night once the bar starts operation

3 couples 3 nights in the circus hotel Look, it's well designed and beautiful hotel, the reception staff are welcoming and the breakfast is highly recommended 👍🥗🥣 But having said that.... we had some disappointing experiences there. 1. We had one night of cold showers, apparently the water heater system got broken, It can happen to any hotle, but the staff didn't reached out to us to let us know whats going on or offer us any Compensation (only after our friends brought it up to the reception in the morning they offer breakfast voucher).🤷♂️🤦♂️ 2. The really big shocker was after we did the checkout and got back home. Two of the three couples noticed extra charges 457& 353€!!! (We got the big one.) It was hours of stress and concerning until the hotel's customers support answered our emails back and admitted the extra billing by mistake...😡 At least they apologize 🤷♂️ Needless to say that they didn't offer us any compensation and we didn't ask for one. Hope I helped
