Catalonia Gran Via Hotel

My stay was amazing; I had a huge room with gym equipment inside, as well as a bathroom with a terrific size and quality shower. Breakfast with a wide variety of foods, drinks, coffee, and so on. The only thing that disappointed me was the time spent waiting to check in; the check-in, which was supposed to take place at 3PM, took place after 4PM after I insisted a little bit. It was a stressful situation because many others who arrived after me had already gotten their rooms.

Room super noisy. not the hotels fault. I was on floor1 and could hear people and cars all through the night. second night I went for a 1pillow under head/3 pillow on top of head approach and it helped. rooms are great, modern and all conveniences, bathroom lovely. service very efficient and friendly.

We stayed at this hotel for couple of nights. The hotel is located in the best area and close to all the attractions either by walking or getting a cab. They also have good breakfast and Janet makes the best omelet any way you like it, please say hi to her when you see her. We were on the first floor facing the street, it was a bit noisy but I didn't care.

Stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. First time at this hotel and definitely won’t be the last. I shave been in Madrid many times and never have found a shower that makes me feel safe. Plus it had excellent pressure. The staff members were outstanding. David the concierge was very helpful and attentive. Every single person at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Maria and Nestor. The staff at the breakfast buffet were also very kind. And they made wonderful omelette sat your request. Will definitely come back to this hotel when I go back to Madrid.
