It had been five years since we were last at Casale Panayiotis and the first weekend in December, it did not disappoint. We stayed over with my husband to celebrate his birthday. A very big thank you to management for the surprise birthday cake and the champagne on ice in our room upon our arrival. It was greatly appreciated and made our stay extra special. Furthermore, there was gluten free bread at breakfast - I was really happy about that as I am gluten intolerant. All the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great too. Our spa treatment was absolutely wonderful and our masseuses, Joanna and Lisa were very good. Both ladies were polite and very professional. My husband said his massage was one of the best he has ever had. We both felt fabulous after our massages. The spa itself has a lovely ambiance. The only comment I need to make is that the curtains in our room (Loutraki 3) were not both blackout curtains so the window facing the street light, which didn't have a blackout curtain, allowed full on light into our room and it did disturb our sleep. However I did mention it to the receptionist when we checked out and he appreciated my feedback on this. Overall our stay was wonderful and we look forward to visiting again. Thank you Casale for another beautiful stay over and for making my husband's birthday celebration extra special!

I stayed at the hotel for three nights. I arrived late on my first night and the staff were waiting for me. I had arranged for a taxi from the airport and while in the taxi they called me to see if I needed something from the kitchen before I arrived. The They were welcoming, helpful and courteous and insured that all my questions were answered. Check in and check out were very fast. My room was very clean, the bed was quite comfortable. My room was close to the reception which I had requested. An added bonus is the beautiful terrace adjacent to my room. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food to suit all tastes. The service was impeccable and the staff were at all times respectful and accommodating. I had dinner and lunch at the Byzantine Restaurant. The food was delicious on both days. Again the service was highly appreciated. The Spa is one of the best spas I've ever visited. I booked a variety of treatments ( facial, massages...). After two full days, I felt reenergized, rested and I will definitely visit the place again. The front desk therapists were extremely helpful. Joanna was my therapist for most of the treatments and she was highly professional and skilled. I also had a wonderful massage and scrub with Julie who I highly recommend as well. The changing rooms at the Spa were super clean, equipped with bathrobes, slippers, showers, all toiletries needed, hairdryers and more. The products used were top of the line products. I could go on and on about this beautiful hotel tucked in a traditional village. Simply charming ! I give this charming hotel and spa a 10/10.

The hotel is unique and spread across an old village converted to a hotel. The rooms are large and clean. The service is exceptionally good and friendly (as most in Cyprus) Only 4 stars due to the breakfast. Everything is there but not treated well. For example - A variety of pastries were looking tasty and local but they were refrigerator cold and almost uneatable. The coffee is also poor and hard to get. The rooms are also almost great - No romantic feeling as you may expect from such a place. Looks like a German decorator and not local...

We have been to the hotel several times in 2022. The hotel is very authentic. The rooms are made from houses bought from past owners, which gives the hotel a charm. The restaurant is delicious. When visiting the Spa once, the masseur was a clear novice, the other times there were no such problems.
