Overall very pleasant experience with this hotel. If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel that provides the basic necessities, then look no further. Bathrooms are a little small, especially the vanity, but still checks all the boxes for basic needs. Rooms were clean, and the staff was very helpful and very friendly. Location is okay, no complaints. About a block or two from the nearest subway station.

Reasonably priced four star in a safe area. The manager Pablo was very helpful. He even allowed us to store our luggage for an afternoon without a fee 2 weeks after check out when we returned from our cruise. Great place! Willing to return again if I ever return.

Pros Friendly staff. The proprietor is adept at English Spacious room WiFi works GREAT Great water pressure Big shower Microwave Good location (not great) Pretty stainless steel elevators Phone always answered Entry lock override Minimalist decor. Purple and green bedding / art 2 ply toilet paper Cons No washcloths Teabag coffee No restaurant No additional coffee One plastic chair No comfortable chair No tissues The mattress is awful We stayed two days in suite 502 at the end of a South America cruise in April 2023. You must be buzzed in to enter the lobby, which is a nice security feature. There is always someone at the desk, so there is no delay for this. There is no restaurant, community coffee maker, vending machine or anything other food option. This is almost Japanese in this regard. You have to leave the premises for food or coffee / drinks. This is a ten-story building and what I would describe as mid-century modern, with fairly bright colors. The top floor is a guest area, spacious, with a huge balcony to kill time or wait for transportation. There are two elevators with stainless steel and mirrors with blue lighting. Sort of a Blade Runner feel to them. The location is fairly nice, safe and not too noisy at night. But there is also no nightlife. So if you want a clubbing atmosphere, you need to take a Taxi somewhere else. Our room had purple and green bedding and an abstract art piece on the wall in matching colors. The room is spacious, with a king size bed. There is one small table and a plastic chair. Only one chair. The closet has plenty of room for a short stay and contains a safe. The mattress is awful. It has poor support and you sink into it. The bathroom is adequate in size, and has a toilet, bidet, hair dryer and a 5 foot by 2 foot shower with glass doors that open from the middle out. The shower is plenty of room for two people. They provide 2-ply toilet paper, not always found in hotels – but no tissues. . The door to the bathroom is very interesting. The door is 2 feet wide and the doorway is 3 feet wide. The is a 1 foot section that is normally latched closed, but can be unlatched in case your butt is wider that 24 inches. The electrical outlets are not like US or European. There are a 3-prong outlet similar to U.S. dryer outlets. Under the table was one outlet that also had a European connector. There are dual WiFi channels available. 2.4 and 5.8. Choose the 5.8. It is twice the speed and very reliable in our experience. There is a reasonable size TV across from the bed. The TV will be a problem if Spanish is not your first language. Ours got about 45 cable channels, and nothing in English. There is no Internet connection to the TVs, so you cannot get CNN or BBC either. The remote control is the slowest remote I’ve ever used. There is a sink in a nice wide counter with a coffee maker in the sitting area of the room. Underneath is a mini fridge you can store food or water in. Above the counter is a small microwave. The coffee system consists of a water heating carafe and teabag style coffee. There are two fairly small coffee cups, sugar, and a pair of very small spoons to stir your coffee with. There is no creamer of any kind, so if you like milk in your coffee – or any kind of semi-normal coffee, you need to go downstairs and next door to the café. We called downstairs the first evening to get more coffee supplies and were told that was not an option. Recommendations: Put in new TVs with WiFi connectivity so travelers can get International content. Vending machine on floor ten. Coffee maker on floor ten. Filtered water dispenser on floor ten You will actually benefit from providing these features and make more money.

We stayed at this hotel for more than 2 weeks in Dec/Jan 2022-23. We extended our stay because Buenos Airea is phenomenal, and also because we were so comfortable in this hotel. Our room was very clean, quiet, and spacious. We loved using the balcony in the evenings to watch the sunset. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel location is perfect: close to the subway, Recoleta, and Palermo. It is also a very safe neighborhood. Last but not least the hotel rooms are very reasonably priced and the internetspeed is great. We can't wait to visit this beautiful city and this amazing hotel again soon.
