Had a lovely 3 night stay here. From the start being greated with a cooling drink, the service is excellent with plenty of staff about. The room is clean and we had a great view of the volcano! Breakfast was good especially the omelettes. We enjoyed having lunch by the pool bar whilst watching the world cup! Would return.

With so much to do in the area, our days were jam packed. Returning to this lovely resort was a real treat. Pool set up was great. Breakfast was abundant. Room perfect. Our only negative was that the restaurant coffee could have been better. Great place to stay.

What amazing gem. The pools were wonderful. The views magnificent. The service staff really did well. Loved the happy hours at different bars. Must try the pizzas!! Really close to a lot of attractions. Recommend just talking to the front desk about excursions. Really super satisfied and we are planning to go again.

This hotel was amazing - definitely a great way to start a trip to Costa Rica. There's an incredible view of the Arenal volcano from the rooms. The bungalows are nice and private - you don't hear any noise except all of the different kinds of interesting birds. Loved the hummingbirds outside of our room. Swim-up bars and sushi were a great touch. Breakfast was included. Fantastic service all around. You do have to wear a bracelet as your room key which is a little annoying but at least you won't get locked out! I loved the hammocks as well.
