Reasonable hotel that is a little run down. Great bar area. Excellent staff. Our bed and pillow smelled of mildew when you moved around. Only one old chair in the room. I'm used to small showers in European hotels, but this was small--hard to open the door while standing inside with your back against the wall.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the "Classik Hotel Alexander Plaza" in Berlin, and I have to say that it was a wonderful experience! The hotel itself is beautiful, with a classic and elegant interior that exudes luxury and sophistication. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly every night. The staff were also amazing. They were friendly, helpful, and always went out of their way to ensure that my stay was as enjoyable as possible. Whether it was giving me recommendations for things to do in the area or helping me with any requests I had, they were always on hand to assist. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, with many of Berlin's top attractions within easy walking distance. It's also very close to public transportation, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, I highly recommend the "Classik Hotel Alexander Plaza" to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Berlin. The beautiful interior, comfortable rooms, and amazing staff make this hotel a must-visit for anyone in the area.

Fantastically located for central attractions and public transport. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating, offering drinks on arrival, baggage storage and other little touches without us having to ask. I’d rate 5*, but the room was unbearably hot and the mattress far too soft - we woke both mornings almost immobilised with back pain. That said, would stay again.

My family and I stayed here for three nights with our nine month old son and it was splendid. The staff was amazing and the rooms were really nice. You cannot beat the location and we are looking forward to returning.
