We’re a social business. For every booking we donate a percent directly to the Good Training Program, a bespoke hospitality training course for those who are unemployed or experiencing homelessness. The program includes three months of classroom study and paid work experience. After graduating, every student has the chance to work full-time at of our carefully chosen partner hotels. So far we’ve retrained more than 300 employees and the success rate (people with a job 12 months after graduating) is over 70%.

Leadership

We're not just another travel platform; we're on a mission to redefine how you explore the world. At Good.travel, we believe that travel can be a force for good, and we live our mission.

Our journey started from a shared love for unique hotels, but it's evolved into a commitment to making a positive impact. We've ventured to the farthest corners of the globe and witnessed firsthand some of the truly most remarkable hotels. These are not hotels that have the most lavish amenities or breathtaking views. They are that plus so much more!

We've stayed in lodges that are built entirely of recycled materials. We've slept in refurbished floating platforms that used to be a prison. We've rested our heads in off-grid domes with nothing around for miles. We've stayed in B&B’s that prioritize sourcing all their ingredients locally, supporting nearby farmers. We've checked into accommodations that are not only fully accessible but also actively engage with the local disabled community. We've experienced hotels that function as their own farms, hiring locals and empowering them to participate in sustainable agriculture.

All of these accommodations consciously choose to give more than they take, and they extend that philosophy onto their guests and into their community. These experiences ignited our mission.

At Good.travel, you find a diverse and tight-knit group of professionals, each with our unique travel stories and expertise. We're here because we're passionate about responsible travel, and we're dedicated to helping you use travel as a force for good.

When you choose Good.travel, you're not just booking a hotel; you're joining a community of travelers who believe in leaving the places we travel better than how we found them.

The Good Group

Taking inspiration from Nobel Peace Prize laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus, the Good Group aims to showcase a different approach to doing business. Everything we do is oriented towards creating human value, for the long term. Financial value is a means to that goal. People are at the heart of all we do, every day.

We are a non-dividend company built on entrepreneurial spirit, and the belief that one day, all business will be social business. We lead by example, and we invite you to join us on this mission.
